Traveled to Slateport City to track down Archie and his cronies, but I was a step too late as he stole Capt. Stern’s submarine and made off with it. Hence I went back to Lilycove City where Team Aqua’s hideout was. However, I was again a step too late as the Team Aqua goons held me up, buying time for him to escape from me with the stolen submarine.
I chanced upon his Master Ball and took it for myself, though. It’s better off with me than with him anyway.
